摘要
我国进行司法民主与公正为核心的司法制度改革,陪审制度在维护司法公正与促进政治民主方面的固有价值又被社会重新唤起。在近几年陪审制度改革的理论探讨与一些地方实践探索中,有些问题值得认真思考。
Nowadays the inherent value of jury system functioning in judicature justice and politics democracy has been aroused again by the society. In recent years, for the renovations of jury system, there are some issues that we need to give serious considerations to during its theory searches and regional practice explorations.
