摘要
研究了水性无机富锌涂料中,润湿分散剂、流变助剂、附着力促进剂、防锈助剂的筛选及其相互作用对涂料体系分散程度稳定性及涂膜重防腐性能的影响。试验结果显示:分散剂、流变增稠剂的选择对涂料的抗沉降性、贮存稳定性有很大影响;偶联剂的选择添加对涂膜附着力、耐盐雾等性能提高有很大帮助;高性能防腐助剂石墨烯的添加对涂膜耐盐雾性能有质的提高。
The selections of wetting dispersant, rheological agent, adhesion promoter, anti-rust additive for preparing waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coatings are studied. The influences of their interactions on coating dispersion stability and anticorrosion properties are researched as well. Test results indicate the selections of dispersion agent and rheological thickening agent have influences on storage stability and anti-settling properties. Coupling agents have influences on adhesion and salt spray resistance. High performance anticorrosive additive can greatly enhance salt spray resistance.
