利用晶硅切割三级砂制备泡沫陶瓷的研究

摘要 以晶硅切割三级砂为主要原料,添加碳化硅、氧化铝等原料,以聚氨酯海绵作为骨架,采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制得了具有三维贯通气孔的泡沫陶瓷。采用XRD、SEM等对试样进行了表征,探讨了晶硅切割三级砂掺量对浆料流变性和样品性能的影响。结果表明:(1)在Si C泡沫陶瓷中,生成了方石英和莫来石新相。(2)晶硅切割三级砂的掺量对浆料的流变性影响较大。当掺量为10~20 wt%时,浆料具有较好的流变性。且随着掺量的增加,浆料的流动度减小。(3)当晶硅切割三级砂掺量在10~20 wt%时,试样具有较好的耐酸、耐碱性,并且随着晶硅切割三级砂掺量的增加,泡沫陶瓷的显气孔率降低,而抗折强度却增加。 Foam ceramics were prepared by using three grade sand of cutting silicon as primary material,adding Si C powder and Al2O3 powder.The three-dimensional through hole is shaped by using organic foam impregnation process with polyurethane sponge as a framework.The sample was characterized by XRD,SEM et al.The effects of three grade sand of cutting silicon content on slurry rheology and property were discussed.The result shows that:(1) New phases of cristobalite and mullite are formed in Si C foamed ceramic.(2) The effect of three grade sand of cutting silicon contents on slurry rheology is great.When the content of three grade sand of cutting silicon is 10 ~20 wt%,the slurry rheology is good.The slurry rheology decreased while the content of three grade sand of cutting silicon increases.(3) When the content of three grade sand of cutting silicon is 10 ~ 20 wt%,the sample has good acid resistance and alkali resistance.The porosity of sample decreases and the bending strength increases as the content of three grade sand of cutting silicon increasing.
