摘要 选择具有较大分相区域的K2O-RO(CaO,MgO,ZnO)-Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2-P2O5系统,以工业纯钾长石、白云石、高岭土、方解石、烧滑石、氧化锌、石英、氧化铁、磷灰石及氟化钙为原料,通过正交试验法调整系统的组成范围并控制其工艺过程,在1280℃的氧化气氛下制备出了黄色兔毫釉;借助XRD、XRF、TEM和SEM等测试手段,着重研究了形成兔毫釉的显微结构及形成机理。结果表明:兔毫釉形成机理为釉面下液相分离,釉面上氧化铁析晶;釉中存在分相与析晶并存现象,分相促进氧化铁的析晶。 The multi-component system K2O-RO(CaO,MgO,ZnO)-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5-CaF2 which contains wide practical liquid-liquid immiscibility region was adopted. Yellow Hare's fur crystallized phase-separation glazes were prepared through optimizational composition design by the cross experiment method and controlling of the physical chemistry process using commercially pure feldspar, dolomite, kaolin clay, calcite, talc, zinc oxide, quartz, iron oxide, apatite, calcium fluoride as materials at the temperature of 1280 ℃. The microstructure and formation mechanism of Hare's fur glaze are also investigated by means of XRD, XRF, TEM and SEM. The results show that its formation mechanism belongs to phase-separation and the crystallion of iron oxide on the upper and lower layer of glaze, respectively. The crystallization coexists with phase-separation which facilitates the crystallization of iron oxide.
