摘要
通过两步法制备Li2O-Zn O-Al2O3-Si O2(LZAS)系微晶玻璃,并通过正交实验探究不同热处理工艺参数对微晶玻璃致密化的影响,使用P2O5作为晶核剂。结果表明;玻璃转化温度为492℃,析晶温度为560℃和714℃,材料软化点为685℃。各参数对微晶玻璃致密化的影响顺序为晶化温度>晶化时间>核化温度>核化时间;析晶量主要受晶化温度和晶化时间影响;当温度为560℃时,开始有少量晶体析出,当温度超过580℃,主晶相为锂辉石,并且还有少量锂霞石;锂辉石的增多导致材料致密度下降。
Utilizing P2O5 as nucleation,a Li2O-Zn O-Al2O3-Si O2(LZAS) glass-ceramics was prepared by two-step heat-treatments including nucleation and crystallization. The influences of parameters of heat-treatment process on densification processes of LZAS glass-ceramics was investigated by orthogonal testing method. It was shown that the glass transition temperature(Tg) of glass powders was 492 ℃; The two crystallization temperature exothermic peaks were observed at 560 ℃ and 714 ℃; The softening points of LZAS glass-ceramics was 685 ℃. The influence degree of the parameters of heat treatment process on densification processes of LZAS glass-ceramics was crystallization temperature > crystallization time > nucleation temperature > nucleation time. The degree of crystallinity were sorely effected by crystallization temperature and crystallization time. A few crystals were precipitated, when the crystallization temperature was 560 ℃; The spodumene and eucryptite were observed, when the crystallization temperature was more than 580 ℃. A decrease in density of LZAS glass-ceramics with increasing amount of spodumene was observed.
