摘要
以微米Al2O3、ZrO2、W、Cr、Ni以及Co为原料,采用热压烧结工艺制备了Al2O3/ZrO2复合金属陶瓷模具材料。测试和分析了烧结样品的相对密度、弯曲强度、断裂韧性以及硬度性能。结果表明,当微米Al2O3添加量(质量百分数)为35%,ZrO2为10%、W为20%、Cr为20%、Ni为10%以及Co为5%时,所制备的复合金属陶瓷模具材料性能最佳,相对密度值为98.2%,弯曲强度575 MPa,断裂韧性为8.16 MPa·m1/2,硬度值为9.06 GPa。适量的微米ZrO2在金属陶瓷模具材料中起微裂纹增韧的作用。
Al2O3/ZrO2 metal-ceramic compound die materials were fabricated with hot-pressing sintering technique by using micro Al2O3, ZrO2, W, Cr, Ni and Co as raw materials. The properties of relative density, bending strength, fracture toughness and hardness were tested and analyzed. Results show that when the contents of micro Al2O3 is 35 wt%, ZrO2 is 10 wt%, W is 20 wt%, Cr is 20 wt%, Ni is 10 wt%,and Co is 5 wt%, the prepared metal-ceramic compound die material can achieve the best properties. The relative density, flexural strength, fracture toughness and hardness of the metal-ceramic compound die material is 98.2%, 575 MPa, 8.16 MPa·m1/2 and 9.06 GPa respectively. Moreover, an appropriate addition of micro ZrO2 can make the effect of crack toughening in the metal-ceramic die materials.
