摘要
                
                    研究Bi2O3-SiO2-B2O3-ZnO四元玻璃系统的形成能力,通过红外分析、XRD、DSC测试研究了玻璃的结构;并分析了Bi2O3含量的变化对玻璃转变温度(Tg)和铝浆背场方阻的影响。结果表明,Bi2O3含量为20%时(mol%),SiO2-B2O3-ZnO的玻璃形成范围为ZnO:10~30%;SiO2:20~50%;B2O3:30~60%。随着Bi2O3含量的增加,Tg不断减小,方阻降低。
                
                The forming ability of Bi2O3-SiO2-B2O3-ZnO quaternary system of glass was studied, the glass structure was studied by infrared analysis, XRD and DSC; and analyzed the the effect of Bi2O3 content on the glass transformation temperature(Tg) and sheet resistance of BSF. The results indicate that the content of ZnO、SiO2 and B2O3 are changed from 10 to 30%, from 20 to 50%, from 30 to 60%. when the Bi2O3 content is 20%(mol%), Tg and sheet resistance decreases with the increase of Bi2O3 content.
