钇钡铜氧单晶生长用锆酸钡坩埚的制备 被引量:2

摘要 锆酸钡是高温质子传导体,具有良好的化学稳定性和较好的抗热震性能,是制备钇钡铜氧超导单晶生长用坩埚材料的优良选择,但是其难以烧结。探讨了不同原料、不同粉体粒度的锆酸钡的烧结工艺,并通过XRD、SEM、激光粒度仪等手段对其进行了表征。研究发现BaZrO3在真空炉中1750℃保温10 h,相对密度均可达99%以上,基本全致密。在此基础上,采用注浆成型方法制备了高纯高致密的锆酸钡坩埚。 BaZrO3 is high temperature proton conductor with excellent chemical stability and better thermal shock resistance. It is good for growing YBCO super single crystals. However, it is difficult to sinter. This article investigates different raw materials which have different particle size in sintering process. XRD、SEM、Laser particle size analyzer are used to characterize the typical properties of powder and as-prepared samples. The results show that the relative density of BaZrO3 could reach 99% when sintered at 1750 ℃ with holding 10 h in vacuum furnace, which is higher than literatures reported. Meanwhile, on basis of this sintering process, slip casting method is used to fabricate BaZrO3 crucibles.
