Effect of Different Nitrogen Rates on Tissue Culture Seedlings of Sugarcane

摘要 通过研究不同氮水平对甘蔗组培苗增殖的影响,了解甘蔗组培苗增殖过程对氮的利用规律,为甘蔗组培苗培养基的研究和应用提供理论支持。试验以甘蔗GT46为材料,对培养基中NH_4NO_3设置5个浓度水平,测定相关指标。结果表明,氮含量在一定范围内,甘蔗组培苗的假茎高、鲜重、干重均随着培养基中氮含量的升高而增加,而假茎粗、叶片SPAD值、叶片氮含量呈先升后降的趋势,其最高值时NH_4NO_3的浓度均为1650 mg/L,但分蘖率随着氮含量的升高而逐渐降低。因此,低氮能促进分蘖,高氮更有利于干物质的积累。 In order to understand the utilization of nitrogen in sugarcane tissue culture seedlings during multiplication and provide theoretical support for research and application of sugarcane tissue culture seedlings medium,the effect of different nitrogen rates on tissue culture seedlings of sugarcane was studied. Using sugarcane variety GT46 as the material, 5 levels of NH4NO3 were set in the medium and test related indicators. The results showed that with the nitrogen content in a certain range, the height of pseudo-stem, fresh weight and dry weight tissue culture seedlings increased with the increase of nitrogen levels. All of pseudo-stem diameter, SPAD price and nitrogen content of sugarcane showed the trend of first rising and then decreased, and the concentration of NH4NO3 was 1650 mg/L at the highest value, but the tillering rate is decreasing gradually. Therefore, low nitrogen culture can promote tillering, while high nitrogen culture is more conducive to the accumulation of dry matter.
