摘要
                
                    随着市场经济的迅速发展,企业需要同时对价格和服务进行权衡,并在考虑竞争对手行为的基础上对所在供应链的成员决策进行协调以制定最优竞争策略。本文研究了由制造商、传统零售商和电子零售商构成的双渠道供应链系统,在价格竞争和服务竞争同时作用下供应链的协调运作策略,分析了零售商合作与非合作情景下供应链成员的博弈均衡。研究表明,服务水平的提高会导致制造商批发价格、本渠道销售价格和渠道需求的提升。但对竞争渠道的影响存在溢出效应,其程度取决于价格和服务对需求的影响力度。
                
                With the rapid development of market economy,companies must weigh on prices and services in order to develop optimal competitive strategy,with considering the behavior of competitors.In this paper,a dual-channel supply chain consists of manufacturers,retailers and e-tailers is studied,based on price and service competition.Game equilibrium and operational strategies under the retailer cooperation and non-cooperative are analyzed.Studies have shown that service will improve manufacturers' wholesale prices,own channel's price and demand.But there are spillover effects on competition channels,Which depends on the extent of price and service on demand.
