摘要
本文从群决策视角出发,基于模糊评估信息及QFD小组意见集结构建质量屋模型,引入FCM算法对各小组成员的评估值进行聚类分析,并以各类的平均隶属度作为确定各类权重的依据,从而客观有效地对QFD小组决策意见进行集结以构建质量屋模型,以有效实施QFD,最后以数值算例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
From the group decision making perspective,the house of quality is constructed based on fuzzy evaluation information and aggregation of QFD group decision.The FCM algorithm is introduced to conduct the clustering of the group members' assessments,and the average membership degree is used to determine the weight of each cluster,so that group decision could be aggregated objectively and effectively to construct the model of HoQ,which is critical to implement QFD successfully.A numerical example is given to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed procedure.
