磁悬浮飞轮储能UPS系统集成应用及充放电控制方法研究 被引量:26

摘要 针对传统不间断电源(uninterruptible power supply,UPS)系统中化学电池储能的不足,该文开展磁悬浮飞轮储能UPS系统研究。结合飞轮用永磁同步电机控制特性,研究基于扩展滑模观测器的无传感器充放电控制策略。首先建立系统模型和设计滑模观测器控制结构,在此基础上提出一种基于直流母线电压监测的参数在线修正方法,提高转子角位置估计精度。然后,给出飞轮UPS系统充放电切换策略。最后,将该文所设计控制方法应用到实际系统中,实验结果表明:飞轮UPS系统运行良好,观测器具有优越的估计性能,能够满足飞轮快速充放电控制性能要求。 For the disadvantages of the chemical battery in the traditional ups system, this paper focuses on the ups system based on the magnetically suspended flywheel. Considering the property of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the sensorless charging-discharging control strategies of the flywheel based on the extended sliding mode observer are established. Firstly, the system mode and observer scheme are designed, and based on this, a kind of parameter online accommodated method by using the DC-bus link voltage measurement is proposed in order to improve the rotor angle estimation accuracy. Then, the fast transmit strategy between the process of charging and discharging is given. Finally, the proposed control strategy is applied into the real system. The experimental results show that the flywheel ups system can work well with a excellent estimation performance of the observer, with which a fast charging-discharging process can be achieved.
