摘要
本文依据GB/T 9754-2007和JF 1059.1-2012对喷漆橡胶件进行60°光泽度测试,对产生测量不确定度的因素进行了分析。试验结果表明60°光泽度为95.1GU时,其扩展不确定度为1.5GU(k=2),不确定度的最大来源为由光泽度计量检定证书得到的不确定度。
According to GB/T 9754-2007 and JF 1059.1-2012, this paper analyzes the effect degree on the uncertainty of different factors though the experimental process. Experimental results show that specular gloss at 60 O is 95.1GU and the relative expanded uncertainty of measurement result of specular gloss is 1.5GU(k=2). The main uncertainty comes from the calibration certificate of gloss meter.
