异种抗原及相关策略在异种移植的研究进展

摘要异种抗原在异种移植免疫排斥反应中发挥重要作用。单纯针对异种抗原的策略 ,可抑制或减轻排斥反应得到完全基因工程动物是异种移植成的最佳途径。本文就异种抗原的实质、分布和作用进行了介绍。
