摘要
介绍了基于OPC技术实现PC机与西门子PLC S7-300的实时通信的原理及方案设计,提出了一种简易的基于软件LabVIEW的实时数据通信方法及具体的实现过程,经过现场的试验验证,该方法简单易行,已经成功运用于测试数据的现场通信中。
The theory and schematic design of the real- time communication between PC and Siemens PLC S7- 300 based on OPC technique is introduced. To realize the real-time communication between PC and Siemens PLC S7-300, this paper presents a simple design of real-time data communication method which based on LabVIEW software and the realization of the process by using OPC. As the method has been validated, it comes to approve that the method is simple, on-site communication and has been successfully applied to the test data.
