摘要
机械式变速器是现代汽车必不可少的重要组成部分,它在驱动控制器、安全行驶等方面都具有极其良好、稳定的性能,对变速器齿轮的设计优化以及对传动轴的设计,都将会直接影响到变速器的功效。本论文首先对汽车机械式变速器的基本状况和设计特点进行了阐述,并进一步分析了机械式变速器的齿轮设计、齿轮优化和传动轴设计的方案,最后研究了软件的具体开发过程。
Mechanical transmission is an important part of modern automobile. It has very good and stable performance in driving controller, safe driving and so on. In this paper, the basic situation and design characteristics of automobile mechanical transmission are described, and the design scheme of the gear design, Gear Optimization and transmission shaft design of the mechanical transmission are analyzed.
