摘要
研究了纯镍铸铁焊条冷焊时,稀土金属镧、铈、镨、钇及钕对焊缝热裂纹敏感性的影响规律,并分析了铈对焊接接头力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明:稀土镧、铈、钇和镨能在一定范围内提高焊缝临界变形速度vBL,改善纯镍铸铁焊缝抗热裂性。适量的铈能提高接头力学性能,稀土钕会增加焊缝热裂纹敏感性。在此基础上,研制了具有较低热裂纹敏感性、良好的加工性能,能满足高强度灰口铸铁力学性能要求的纯镍铸铁冷焊焊条。
The influence of Lanthanum, Cerium, Yttrium, Praseodymium and Neodymium on weld hot cracking susceptibility of the pure nickel electrode used for cold welding of cast iron was studied. The influence of Ce on mechanical and machining properties of welded joint was measured.Experiments show that use of La,Ce,Pr and Y increases weld line critical deformation velocity vBL and improves the hot cracking resistance properties of the pure nickel electrode for welding cast iron to some extent. A suitable Ce content is able to raise the mechanical properties of the deposited metal and welded joints. Nd makes the hot cracking susceptibility of the pure nickel electrode for cold welding of cast iron increase. A kining of pure nickel electrode used for cold welding of cast iron, possessing low hot cracking susceptibility and good machining properties and satisfying the need of mechanical properties of higher strength cast iron has been developed.
