应变强化液化天然气罐车设计

Design of the Strain-strengthened LNG Container

摘要 文章简单说明了应变强化移动容器设计过程中内外容器直径尺寸以及长度尺寸的确定、壳体所承受的静动载荷、以及针对应变强化技术应用在移动式压力容器中所造成的风险对材料选择及结构设计的注意事项。文中结合实际生产数据详细说明了内容器应变率数值,在选材方面着重阐述马氏体相变以及材料力学性能方面的考虑,结构方面针对夹层支撑结构、防波板设计结构、焊接结构问题提出设计理念。最终通过设计计算说明了应变强化技术应用的意义。 This paper briefly describes the determination of the diameter and length of the inner and outer containers, and the force exerted on the shell by the static and dynamic loads, and the matters in material selection, and structural design in view of the risks caused by the application of the strainstrengthened technology in the design process of the strain-strengthened mobile container,. Combined with actual production data, the strain rate value of the inner container is explained in detail. The martensite transformation and mechanical properties of the material are emphasized in material selection. The design concept is proposed for sandwich support structure, wave-proof plate design structure and welding structure. Finally, the significance of the application of strain strengthening technology is illustrated by design calculation.
