摘要
本文在文献[1][4]的基础上,从反映指标(属性)数值绝对数量的大小及与理想点和反理想点的偏离影响的角度,提出一种新的优序数确定准则及方法——双基点优序法。证明了该方法在选择的满意的最优(或非劣)方案时的合理性。此方法的一个优点在于能将全体可行方案进行排序,在所提出的优序数确定准则下,大多数非劣方案均排在前面,因而为决策者提供了一种较为实用的方法。
A new priniple and method of the optimal order number decision——the optimal ordering method of double fasic porits is proposed fased on doucments [1][4] by the absolute quantity of attnibute numenical value and the deviate angle of ideal point and nonideal point. This method is proved rationality of selecting satisfied optimal programme (noninferion programme). The advantage of this method lies in that it can order number cuithin all feasible programmes under the principle of proposed optional order decision for major noninferion programmes are ordered ahead, and provide a more practical method for deciders.
