摘要
应用我们建立的高效液相色谱法测定小米中 V_E 的含量,其回收率在91%以上,不同小米样品的变异范围为0.75%～2.9%。
High performance liquid chromatography developed by the Central Laboratory of Southwest Agricultural University,Chongqing,was used to analyse the content of vitamin E in the grain of 1040 millet samples collected from 10 provinces and autonomous regions of China.The recovery rate was as high as 91%.Vitamin E content in different samples varied from 0.75% to 2.9%
