摘要
借助熔模铸造制壳工艺制成消失模铸造用的超薄空腔型壳 ,以减少消失模铸造在浇注过程中因聚苯乙烯气化而产生的铸件增碳、增氢等缺陷。聚苯乙烯模失模工艺为随炉升温至 60 0℃ ,保温 60min。型壳焙烧工艺为 80 0℃焙烧 1h。
Expendable polystyrene pattern(EPC) was used for mold s hell making in EPC by means of shell making technology similar to wax pat tern ininvestment casting to reduce carburization and hydrogen pick up in EPC so a result of polystyrene vaporization during pouring. Polystyrene pattern was lost with heating up to 600 ℃ for 60 min holding , and shell was baked at 800 ℃ for 1 h.
