摘要
应用ANSYS对箱型和新型托轮进行了有限元数值模拟,得出了箱型和新型托轮的应力分布规律。分析了幅孔对箱型托轮应力分布的影响,找到了箱形托轮峰值应力远大于新型托轮峰值应力的原因,为现场进行托轮应力应变电测仪器的零时不必顶窑实测托轮应力提供了理论依据。
Finite element numerical simulation of box-style supporting roller and new supporting roller has been done by means of ANSYS. The stress distributi on rule of box-style supporting roller and new supporting roller was obtained. The effect of spoke hole on the stress distribution of box-style supporting rol ler and new supporting roller was analyzed and the reason that the maximal stres s of box-style supporting roller are much larger than that of new supporting ro ller has been found out, which provide theoretical basis for spreading new suppo rting roller and for measuring roll stress without supporting rotary kiln.
