摘要
目的 :查明引起此次霍乱流行的病原菌并掌握其流行特征 ,临床和病原菌生物学特点 .方法 :用现患调查方法描述此次O13 9群霍乱弧菌引起流行的发病情况 ,分析发病原因 ,应用微生物学 ,分子生物学技术对O13 9菌株进行分离、培养和测定有关毒力CT基因序列并与国际标准菌株比较 .结果 :在萍乡市安源区某酒店 9月 5-10日聚餐的 3 0 7人中检出O13 9霍乱弧菌阳性者 43人 ,确诊病人 14人 ,带菌者 2 9人 ,全部为聚餐人员 ,未聚餐者不发病 ,无家庭聚集性 ,未发生二代病人 .对此次O13 9群霍乱流行菌株毒力CT基因序列测定比较后发现与 853 (O13 9群 )、N16961(Eltor)同源性 10 0 % ,与 569B(CVC)同源性 99 7% .结论 :O13 9群霍乱弧菌污染酒店内冰柜和其内保存的熟肉制品 ,再感染聚餐人员是引起此次霍乱流行的根本原因 .此流行菌株与O1群 (EVC)遗传关系最近 ,提示需加强监测了解它是否成为当地优势菌株 。
Objective To study the pathogenic bacteria of the cholera e pidemic an d master such prevalent feature and clinical characteristics and biology feature of the pathogenic bacteria Methods To describing the incidence of vibro cha l era O 139 with methods descriptive study, to isolate and culture the O 1 39 ′s stra ins from samples, to sequence the toxic genes of the prevalent O 139 ′s str ains w ith methods of microbiology molecularbiology and then to analysis the prevalent reason Results Forty-three strains of vibro chalera O 139 were isolated from t he excrement of three hundred and seven people who had a dinner at a public hous e during the 5~10′s day in September in Pingxiang Anyuan There are fourteen me n who were diagnosed to be sick men Twenty-nine are carrier The people who d id n′t have dinner don′t take sick , there isn′t household assembling and two ge neration of the sick man Conclusion Ice cabinet and ripe meat products in it had been polluted by O 13 9 st rains, Infecting the people having a dinner party again is the fundamental reaso n of cholera′s prevalence The toxic genes of O 139 strains in Ping xiang were s equenced, The gene sequences showed 100% isogeny to 853 (O 139 strains), N1 6961 ( Eltor strains) and 99 7% isogeny to 569B(CVC) Indicate that it is necessary t o enforce the sureillance of vibro chalera O 139 whether it becomes the loc ality preonderant strain, take precautions against the epidemic of vibro chalera O 139
