摘要
利用硫酸铜作为酯化反应催化剂合成了癸二酸二丁酯 ,其最佳反应条件为 :催化剂用量3 0g/ 0 0 5mol癸二酸 ,醇酸摩尔比为 4 ,反应时间 3 0h,带水剂 1 2ml,癸二酸的酯化率可达97 2 3 % 该催化剂催化效果好 ,使用量少 ,酯化率高 ,可重复使用 ,无环境污染 ,价廉易得 。
Use of cupric sulphfate as catalyst on the esterification of dibutyl sebacate was studied The optimized conditions are as following:the weight of catalyst is 3 0g/0 05mol sebacic acid,the mole ratio of alchol to acid is 4,the reaction tim is 3 0h and 12ml benzene as water carrier The esterification yield for sebacic acid is about 97 23% Experimental results showed that cupric sulfate is a highly active catalyst for this reaction Less catalyst is required with little waste dischargement It is an inexpensive and very practical method
