摘要
讨论的一种新型的EPROM通用编程器,能对从2764到27040多种芯片进行快速编程,有较宽的工作面。芯片型号以及读、编程功能的选择由软件处理,排除了因使用机械开关而形成的工作不可靠,易损坏芯片等缺陷。成本低,结构简单,性能可靠。
The article discusses a new type EPROM general programwriting machine which can speedily program various kinds of chips ranging from 2764 to 27040 and a great capacity of processing and operating. The selecting of the chip models, the reading and programming function are processed by software and thus it overcomes the defects that are caused by using mechanic switch, such as unreliablity in operating and easy damaging of chips. Besides, it is favorable for its low cost, simple structure and reliable high performance.
