摘要
试验结果表明 ,运用植物组织培养技术 ,以青山百合的鳞片、茎尖为外植体 ,选用 MS培养基 ,在添加 0 .4 mg/ L 6 - BA与 0 .5 mg/ L NAA或 0 .2 mg/ L 6 - BA、0 .5 mg/ L NAA与 0 .1mg/ L KT条件下 ,能快速繁殖青山百合种苗 ,同时也有助于解决品种退化、脱毒等问题。
The seedlings of Lilium spp. can be rapid propagated on MS medium with BA 0.4 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L or BA 0.2 mg/L, NAA0.5 mg/L and KT 0.1 mg/L by using the scale and stem apex of Lilium spp. as the explants for tissue culture. The problems of variety degeneration and virus-free may be solved by means of the tissue culture technique.
