摘要
目的 评价复方可待因 (可待因∶阿斯匹林 =1∶2 5)的镇痛作用。方法 镇痛作用采用小鼠热板法 ,醋酸扭体法和大鼠甩尾法。结果 复方可待因 (剂量为可待因 1 4mg/kg、阿斯匹林 352mg/kg)可以抑制小鼠由热板和醋酸以及大鼠由光辐射引起的痛反应。结论 复方可待因具有较好的镇痛作用 。
Objective To evaluate analgesic effect of com po und codeine (codeine∶aspirin=1∶25) Methods Analgesic effect w as determined by hot-plate and acetate acid in mice and tail-flicking in rats Results Compound codeine (codeine 14 mg/kg and asprin 352 mg /kg) inhibited the pain reaction induced by hot-plate and acetate acid in mice and pain reaction induced by light radiation in rats Conclusion Analgesic effect of compound codeine is better than that of its components
