摘要 应用面向整机系统虚拟样机的概念 ,将研究对象分为悬架、轮胎、路面等模块。用 BEAM力将悬架多片板簧简化为一片主板簧或一片主板簧和一片副板簧 ,用 ADAMS的 FIAL A模型轮胎表示车辆轮胎 ,根据 ISO噪声路面的功率谱参数 ,设计了车辆行驶的路面文件。同时建立了三维实体虚拟整车模型 ,实现了虚拟车辆的仿真行驶。虚拟汽车仿真行驶时 ,能够体现真实车辆的运动学和动力学关系 ,驾驶员振动加速度仿真值与实测值接近。研究结果表明 ,对于汽车这一复杂的机器系统 。 This paper presented the concept of virtual prototype for the whole system machine. In the processing of making virtual vehicle model, a whole vehicle was disassembled as follow module: chassis, suspension, tire, cab, vehicle body and road, etc. The complicated multi leaf suspensions were replaced by chief spring and subordinate spring that according to ADAMS/BEAM force. The tire was represented by ADAMS/FIALA tire model. Road file that adapted the virtual test was designed which referred to the real road power spectrum. So a 3D virtual prototype of 1028E2 vehicle was set up. While the virtual vehicle was ride simulation in computer, the vibration of driver, vehicle body and tire were visual on computer screen, the acceleration of driver from virtual prototype analysis was closed to the real vehicle ride test. The results show that complicated machine system, such as vehicle could be successfully modeled by detailed 3D prototype. Virtual test for complex mechanical system was reliable.
