摘要
目的 :建立密花、马鞭、短棒、鼓槌和金钗等五种石斛的色谱指纹图谱。方法 :采用HPLC/UV与HPLC/MS技术对五种石斛的色谱指纹图谱进行了研究。结果 :建立了五种石斛的HPLC/UV指纹图谱 ,并对其中三种石斛HPLC/MS指纹图谱中的色谱峰进行了解析 ,共对 15个谱峰进行了化学成分的初步归属。结论 :所建立的方法可用于石斛指纹图谱的测定 。
AIM: To investigate the chromatographic fi ng erprints of five kinds of Dendrobium(Shi-Hu).METHOD:Separ atio ns were performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C 18 and Shmadzu Shim-pack VP-OD S C 18 an alytical columns with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile or methanol-w ater-formic acid as gradient eluent. The UV at varies wavelenth and TIC by an e l ectrospray ionization mass spectrometer were recorded. RESULT: Perfect chromato graphic fingerprints of the five species of Dendrobium(Shi-Hu)were obtain ed a nd fifteen chemical constituents contained in three species of Dendrobium(S hi- Hu)were confirmed by analyzing their extracted mass spectrum. CONCLUSI ON:The methods established can be used for the quality control and saved a s a reference on the chemical constituents investigation of the five kinds of Dendrobium(Shi-Hu).
