摘要
研究了对氨基苯酚 (PAP)在玻碳电极上的电化学行为。对氨基苯酚在玻碳电极上能够发生可逆的氧化还原反应 ,其单扫和多扫循环伏安图保持一致 ,在电极上的反应是扩散控制的过程。用示差脉冲伏安法对其测定条件进行了优化 ,在最佳测定pH 8.4的Tris缓冲溶液中 ,PAP的浓度与峰电流在 1.0× 10 -7~ 1.0× 10 -4mol/L范围内呈线性关系。
The electrochemical beheaviar of p-aminophenol(PAP) on the glassy carbon electrode were studied in this paper. PAP can produce reversible oxidation and reduction reaction on the GCE. Its single-sweep and multi-sweep cyclic voltammetry curre keeps coincidence,the reaction on the electrode is the expansion and controlling process.To carry out the optimazation of the measuring parameters by diferential pulse voltammetry,in tris buffer solution, with the optimal measurment at pH 8.4,the concentration of PAP and peak current with in the range of 1.0×10 -1 mol/L to 1.0×10 -4 mol/L,it shows a linear relation.The mechanisum of electrode oxidation and reduction is also discussed.
