摘要
目的 :探讨内皮素 1 (ET 1 )在兔不全梗阻性膀胱平滑肌组织中的变化及意义。 方法 :运用放射免疫分析技术对 1 0只成年雄性新西兰白兔不全梗阻性膀胱 (实验组 ,梗阻 6周 )及 1 0只同龄雄性新西兰白兔无梗阻性膀胱(对照组 ,术后 6周 )膀胱壁组织 (分为膀胱体部及颈部平滑肌组织 )中ET 1进行研究。 结果 :尿液中ET 1含量实验组较对照组膀胱壁的膀胱体部平滑肌组织ET 1含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。膀胱颈部平滑肌组织ET 1含量无明显变化 (P >0 .2 )。实验组膀胱重量明显增加 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。 结论
Objectives: To study the changes and the significance of endothelin 1 in the smooth muscle of a rabbit model of partial bladder outlet obstruction. Methods:Rabbit model of partial bladder outlet obstruction was used to study changes of endothelin 1 in the bladder wall by radioimmunoassay ( including smooth muscle of the bladder body and the neck ).Partial bladder outlet obstruction was induced in adult male New Zealand white rabbits(ten rabbits as experiment group,duration of obstruction was six weeks).Sham operated age matched rabbits acted as control(ten rabbits as control group,duration after operation was six weeks). Results: Levels of endothelin 1 in the bladder body smooth muscle of rabbit partial bladder outlet obstruction were significantly increased( P <0.05),but the levels in the bladder neck and the controls did not change significantly ( P >0.2).The weight of the partially obstructed bladder were significantly increased ( P <0.001). Conclusions: The increased level of endothelin 1 in the bladder body smooth muscle is associated with altered structure and dysfunction of rabbit partial bladder outlet obstruction .
