摘要
利用活性钎料钎焊金刚石磨粒是一种新的金刚石工具的制造方法。采用高频感应钎焊的方法 ,用Ni-Cr合金粉末做钎料 ,适当的控制钎焊电流和钎焊时间 ,实现了金刚石与钢基体的牢固焊接。磨削实验表明用这种方法所制造的金刚石工具 ,金刚石磨粒与基体之间有着较高的结合强度 。
Diamond grain brazing with active filler metals was a new method of manufacturing diamond tools. In this paper, the firm and imperishable joint between steel base and diamond grain was realized by using high-frequency induction brazing with the powdered brazing filler metal of alloy Ni-Cr ,and by properly controlling the brazing current and time. A grinding experiment showed that the method could provide the high-strength bonding between diamond grain and steel base. No diamond grains were pulled out in the whole grinding process.
