摘要目的探究治疗老年骨质疏松性转子间骨折时,联合应用动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定术及鲑鱼降钙素、阿法骨化醇、维D咀嚼钙片(抗骨质疏松药物)的效果。方法选择医院收治的80例老年骨质疏松性转子间骨折患者作为研究对象,按照患者入选顺序对其分组实施治疗,即对照组(DHS内固定术)和观察组(DHS内固定术+抗骨质疏松药物);观察两组治疗效果并实施组间对比。结果观察组患者恢复时间快于对照组,且治疗的优良率97.5%高于对照组82.5%,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 DHS内固定术及抗骨质疏松药物联合治疗老年骨质疏松性转子间骨折的效果良好,值得临床应用。
