优质护理服务在乙型肝炎后肝硬化伴上消化道出血中的护理效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究在乙型肝炎后肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中采取优质护理服务的临床效果。方法采集我院收治的66例乙型肝炎后肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者作为样本,按照不同入院时间分为两组,对照组开展本院常规护理干预,实验组开展本院优质护理服务,验证对比两组患者临床护理满意度计算值、生活质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分。结果实验组患者护理后临床护理满意度计算值高于对照组数据指标,生活质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分优于对照组数据指标,P<0.05。实验组和对照组护理后生活质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于护理前,P<0.05。结论将优质护理服务用于乙型肝炎后肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的效果比较显著。
