摘要
目的分析本院中药饮片入库验收的质量及存在的质量问题,探讨提高药饮质量的措施,保障患者用药安全有效。方法分析本院2017年中药饮片入库验收记录,计算饮片入库验收总批次数量、不合格批次数量,分析中药饮片质量不合格的原因。结果我院2017年验收中药饮片2132批次,不合格89批次(4.17%);中药饮片质量不合格的主要原因为贮存不当、杂质超标,炮制不规范,掺杂使假等。结论我院中药饮片质量存在一定问题,中药房应加强中药饮片验收的管理,规范中药饮片验收环节和手段,确保中药饮片质量。
Objective To analyze the quality and quality problems of the acceptance of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine tablets,to explore the measures to improve the quality of medicine and to ensure the safe and effective drug use.Methods The acceptance records of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine yinxiang in 2017 were recorded,and the quantity of total batches and the number of unqualifiedbatches were calculated,and the reasons for the unqualified quality of Chinese medicines were analyzed.Result In 2017,our hospital accepted 2132 batches of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine tablets,and rejected 89 batches(4.17%).The main reasons for the unqualified quality of traditional Chinese medicine are improper storage,excessive impurities,improper processing,adulteration and so on.Conclusion There are some problems in the quality of traditional Chinese medicine tablets,and the Chinese pharmacies should strengthen the management of the acceptance of Chinese herbal medicine,standardize the acceptance of Chinese herbal medicine,and ensure the quality of Chinesemedicine.
