摘要
目的了解太原市某醇酸树脂漆生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及采取的职业病危害防护措施,为职业病防治工作提供依据。方法 2015年9月21～23日采用定点采样法对太原市某醇酸树脂漆生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素浓度/强度进行检测,采用职业卫生调查法和检查表法对其生产过程、职业病危害防护措施、职业健康检查、职业卫生管理等进行调查、分析与评价。结果太原市某醇酸树脂漆生产企业设置了局部机械通风防毒设施和防噪、防高温设施,配置了个人防护用品,建立了职业卫生管理体系;但部分工种配备的防毒口罩不合格,防毒口罩、护耳器使用率仅为60.00%。产生的职业病化学危害因素主要有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、汽油、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、苯酐8种,短时间接触浓度(C-STEL)检测合格率为84.04%,时间加权平均浓度(C-TWA)检测合格率为82.22%,苯酐最高浓度检测合格率100.00%。物理因素有噪声、高温2种,合格率为100.00%。其中苯、甲苯、二甲苯超标,超限倍数分别为29.31、6.69、8.42倍。3年来职业健康检查结果以白细胞降低为主(30.00%)。结论太原市某醇酸树脂漆生产企业职业病危害因素是苯、甲苯、二甲苯。
Objective To understand the occupational risk factors and the protective measures in the process of alkyd resin a paint production enterpvise in Taiyuan city,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases.Methods Area sampling method was used to evaluate the concentration/intensity of occupational risk factors in the process of alkyd resin paint production during 21-23 September,2015.The information of productive process,occupational disease prevention,occupational health examination and occupational health management were collected,analyzed and evaluated by occupational health survey and check list method.Results Local ventilation devices,acoustic treatment facilities and high temperature prevention facilities were set up in the enterprise,personal protective equipments were deployed,and the occupational health management system was established.However,gas masks equipped in some types of work were not qualified,and the usage rate of gas masks and ear protectors was only 60.00%.The main chemical occupational hazard factors were benzene,toluene,xylene,gasoline,carbon monoxide,nitrogen dioxide,sulfur dioxide and phthalic anhydride.The qualification rate of concentration-short time exposure(C-STEL)was 84.04%,it of time-weighted average concentration(TWA)was 82.22%,and it of maximum concentration of phthalic anhydride was 100.00%.The concentration of benzene,toluene and xylene exceeded,with the excursion limits of 29.31,6.69 and 8.42,respectively.The physical occupational hazard factors were noise and high temperature,with the qualification rate of 100.00%.In the past 3 years,the main symptom was low leucocyte amount in occupational health examination(30.00%).Conclusion The occupational hazard factors are benzene,toluene and xylene in an alkyd resin paint production enterprise in Taiyuan city.
