摘要
金融衍生品的发展是金融深化、金融创新、金融改革的重要内容,探讨金融衍生品的含义、基本类型、特点和基本功能,分析了国际金融衍生品市场迅猛发展的原因和我国发展金融衍生品市场的必要性和条件,是金融学研究的重要课题。论文在此基础上,对我国发展金融衍生品市场的前期准备工作和实施步骤提出了自己的建议和思考。
This paper expounds the connotation, basic types, characteristics and fundamental functions of financial derivative commodity, analyze the cause of the rapid development of international financial derivative commodity markets and the necessity and conditions of developing china's financial derivative commodity markets. On this basis, it makes some suggestions on the first-phase preparations and implementation steps of developing China's financial derivative commodity markets.
