河北某铜尾矿综合回收铜的选矿试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 河北某铜尾矿含铜0.076%,其中原生硫化铜占总铜的81.26%,其次为次生硫化铜,占总铜的12.21%。大部分为硅酸铁和碳酸铁。大部分黄铜矿的粒度较细,在5~10μm,少部分在30~100μm,其解离度较低,为35%左右,主要被包裹于脉石矿物中。为了确定该尾砂的可选性,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,以原矿的浮选泡沫产品为载体,带动尾砂中的细粒黄铜矿进行分支载体浮选,可获得铜品位为18.07%的铜精矿,其中尾砂中铜综合回收率为20.41%,原矿中铜回收率为73.17%,该选矿指标比尾砂和原矿样单支浮选获得的选矿指标好。 A copper tailings in Hebei contains 0.076%copper,of which primary copper sulfide accounts for81.26% of total copper,followed by secondary copper sulfide,accounting for 12.21%of total copper.Most of the chalcopyrite has a fine particle size between 5~10μm and a small part between 30~100μm.Its dissociation degree is relatively low,about 35%,and it is mainly encapsulated in gangue minerals.In order to determine the selectivity of the tailings,a beneficiation test was conducted.The results show that the flotation foam product of the ore is used as the carrier to drive the fine-grained chalcopyrite in the tailings for branch carrier flotation,and the copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.07%can be obtained.The comprehensive recovery rate of copper in tailings is20.41%,and the copper recovery rate in raw ore is 73.17%,and the beneficiation index is better than the beneficiation index obtained from the tailings and raw ore only by single flotation.
