2018年10月8日,中集车辆(集团)股份有限公司创立大会暨第一届董事会第一次会议在深圳召开,就中集集团拟拆分车辆板块并将其改制成为股份有限公司、选举产生公司第一届董事会和第一届监事会等议案,进行了说明和表决。长期以来,中集集团旗下中集车辆板块,在实干中创造机遇、在机遇中革故鼎新,现已形成独立运行、成熟健全的业务体系。
Oct.8,2018,a grand ceremony was held in Shenzhen to mark the establishment of CIMC Vehicles(Group)Co.,Ltd,which indicated that CIMC—China International Marine Containers(Group)Ltd has its own vehicle section.This new vehicle section is to be re-accessed so as to maximize shareholders value as much as possible.
