摘要
退耕还林是改善和保护生态环境的一项重大工程,也是惠农富农的一项重要措施。要确保退耕还林工程可持续发展,促进生态建设与经济发展,必须巩固退耕还林成果。阐述了会泽县退耕还林工程取得的成效,对巩固退耕还林成果存在问题进行了分析,提出了对策。
Returning farmland to forest is a major project to improve and protect the ecological environment, is also an important measure of benefiting the rich peasants. To ensure the sustainable development of the project of returning farmland to forest project, to promote the ecological construction and economic development, we must consolidate the results of returning farmland to forest. In this paper, the effect of the project of returning farmland to forest was analyzed of Huize county, and the problems of returning farmland to forest were analyzed, and the countermeasures were put forward.
