摘要
绝大多数传感器的特性曲线变化规律相当复杂,因此,给线性化处理工作带来了很大的困难。本文提出一种电路简单而校正效果却相当令人满意的线性化校正方案——模拟V_R函数式非线性A/D 转换原理。它用于EU-2(镍铬-镍硅)热电偶数字测温,在250~1300℃的测温区间内,绝对误差小于1℃。这是一般的线性化电路难于达到的(或能够达到而电路过于复杂)。
The chang low of characteristic curve of most sensors iscomplicated,which causes great difficulty for limearization process,In thispaper a plan is give of linearization process---Simulate V_R functionnonlinear A/D convert,which is simple in designing circuits and effective.When it is used for EU-2 (Ni.Cr-Ni.Si) thermocouple,with the rangeof 250 to 1300℃,absolute error is less then 1℃,which is not easy torealize with other lineeariation circuits.
