摘要
本文阐述用光学信息处理的方法,对莫尔轮廓测量术中得到的莫尔条纹照片进行光学滤波运算。在保证莫尔等高线测量深度不变的情况下,可以有效地提高其测量灵敏度。
An optical information processing method which was developed toProcess the pattern of moire′fringe obtained in moire′ topography with optical filteris presented,The sensitivity of moire′can effectively be increased by this methodwithout any changes of measuring depth.
