摘要
本文概述了高精度·微型计算机控制的中子衍射仪的总体设计中的若干问题的考虑,文中最后给出了这台仪器的主要性能的测试结果。
This paper describes the total design for high accurate Neutrondiffractometer with microcomputer control. In the end of this paper, the mea-sure results about main specifications of this instrument are given: angleaccuracy maximum deviation 9″; angle accuracy standard quality 5″; repetiti-ve accuracy (standard quality) ≤2. 6″.
