摘要
本文介绍了应用多谐振荡器来工作的微位移—频率转换器的工作原理及数学推导;介绍了与此转换器的应用相关的压力—微位移转换器及频率—电压转换器,这些转换器的组合使用使微位移—频率转换器得到广泛的应用。本文还介绍了基于该原理研制成的一种压力—电压转换器。这些简单、廉价的转换器可用于测量0.01μ的微位移和10^(-4)kgf/cm^2的压力。也可用于测量变化速度很快的压力。
This paper presents the principle and mathematical analysis of a
new minimal displacement-to-frequency converter, which is based on the t app-
lication of the multivibrator. In order to make wide use of the converter, this pa-
per introduces a pressure-to-minimal displacement converter and a frequency-to-
voltage converter which are relative to the applications of the minimal displace-
ment-to-frequency converter. In addition, this paper presents a pressure-to-voltage
converter which is based on this principle. These simple and cheap converters may
be used to measure minimal displacement up to 0.01μ and pressure of 10^(-4)kgf/cm^2
with the pressure varying rapidly.
