MRI和CT诊断腔隙性脑梗死63例分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨MRI、CT在诊断腔隙性脑梗死方面的价值。方法本文选择63例核磁共振诊断为腔隙性脑梗死病例,其中52例先作头部CT,统计分析其检查阳性率。结果 CT检查52例,发现阳性病灶为33例,阳性率为64.36%,MRI检查63例,均发现阳性病灶,阳性率100.00%,两者差别明显(P<0.05)。结论MRI对腔隙性脑梗死扫描检出阳性率高,应作为腔隙性脑梗死的主要检查方法,推广使用。
