摘要
文中提出了构造组合逻辑电路宏模型的方法,该模型可实现逻辑函数的仿真,充分利用SPICE程序中的非线性受控源,模型中不含晶体管,其它元件也较少,因此,可提高运算速度。仿真实例表明了此方法的优越性。
In this paper we present a method to construct the macromodels of combination digital circuits which can simulate the logical function. The macromodels described here are based on the nonlinear controlled sources of the SPICE program, and coatain no transistors and very few other components. Therefore, they are evaluated extremely quickly. The results of simulation have proved dvontage of the methed.
