摘要
钛酸钡因其具有优越的介电性能而被广泛应用于多层陶瓷电容器、热敏电阻、光电器件等电子元件。本文综述了钛酸钡粉体制备的各种方法 ,认为液相法制备的粉体因具有纯度高、成分均匀、粒径小等特点而成为制备粉体主要方法 ,其中溶胶 -凝胶自燃合成法工艺简单、粉体自净化、易于规模化生产 ,水热合成法所得粉体不团聚、粒度较均匀 。
BaTiO 3 as a ceramic with high dielectric constant,is useful for manufacture of multilayer ceramic capacitors,thermistors and electro optic components.The different methods for synthesising BaTiO 3 are presented. The conventional synthesis is based on the solid state reactions and coarse,impure,inhomogeneous and multiphase powders are produced.Low temperature wet chemical processes are promising to produce high purity,homogeneous,ultrafine powders which meet the requirements for electronic components.Among them sol gel autoignition synthesis(SAS)is simple,self cleaning and easy for scale production,and hydrothermal synthesis which can avoid agglomeration and have homogeneous granularity,are two more prospective processes for manufacture of barium titanate powders.
