摘要
跨国公司从无到有、从小到大的发展过程,既是其组织结构由简单到复杂、由低级到高级的过程,也是其空间组织由据点到网络、由国内到国外的过程。本文按照总部与海外分支机构的运作机制,首次将跨国公司的空间组织模式区分为3种类型:内聚式空间组织模式、扩张式空间组织模式和全球网络式空间组织模式;同时提出海尔集团的跨国空间组织属于内聚式空间组织模式,通用电气公司(GE)在中国的空间组织属于扩张式空间组织模式。
The growth of multinational corporations is that its evolvement of organizational structure is from simplicity to complex, from low-class to advanced one, also the progress of its internal structures is from nodes to networks, from home to abroad. According to the interactive mechanism of MNC headquarters and their abroad branches, three types of internal spatial patterns are firstly distinguished, which are the inward, the expanding and the global networked patterns. And by exemplifications, the basic characteristics of the two types, the inward and expanding patterns are respectively explained. The author points out that the spatial organization pattern of Haier Group is inward pattern while that of GE in China is expanding pattern.
