云南省烟草根结线虫发病土壤生态因子分析 被引量:17

Analyzing on the ecology factor of the soil infected by tobacco root knot nematodes in yunnan

摘要 采集云南省主要植烟区24个县共106个烟草根结线虫发病土样,每个县以1个土样为代表,分别测定其真菌、细菌和放线菌的总量及类群数。结果看出,不同土样中真菌、放线菌总量相差达到2个数量级,细菌相差达到3个数量级,在不同土样的各类微生物种类组成上真菌为3~10类,细菌为2~13类,放线菌为4~10类。对这些样品土壤pH、有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾、Ca、Mg、Al等主要营养元素的测定结果表明,不同样品pH在5.03~8.64之间,有机质含量在1.50%~7.01%之间,碱解氮在63.8~314.3mg/kg之间,有效磷在11.2~221.2mg/kg之间,速效钾在74.6~1313.4mg/kg之间,Ca离子含量在0.20%~10.54%之间,Mg离子含量在0.08%~4.56%之间,Al离子含量在1.52%~12.79%之间。研究结果表明,云南省烟草根结线虫发病土壤的各种生态因子存在明显的多样性和复杂性。 One hundred and six soil samples infected by Meloidogyne spp were collected from twenty-four counties in Yunnan province. The amount and the groups of fungi, bacteria and actinomyces of twenty-four soil samples representative of twenty-four counties were measured. The results showed that the discrepancies between different soil samples for fungi and actinomyces reach to one hundred times, and bacteria reach to one thousand times. At the same time, the groups of fungi vary from three to ten, and bacteria vary from two to thirteen, and actinomyces vary from four to ten. The main nutritional elements including pH, organic matter, N,P,K, Ca,Mg and Al of twenty-four soil samples were tested, the results illustrated that pH, organic matter, N,P, K,Ca,Mg and Al of them are 5. 03-8. 64,1. 50%-7. 01%,63. 8-314. 3mg/kg,11. 2 - 221. 2mg/kg,74. 6 -1313. 4mg/kg,0. 20%-10. 54%,0. 08%-4. 56%, 1. 52%-12. 79% respectively. The studies displayed that there are distinct diversity and complexity on the different ecological factors of the soil infected by tobacco root knot nematodes in Yunnan.
