摘要
清朝重新统一新疆之后，顺应当地少数民族社会经济发展的传统和特色，实行了保护性的普尔钱制度，在一定程度上保护了南疆地区的经济发展，稳定了南疆少数民族经济生活，也充分体现出清王朝“因俗而治”的政策特色。
After XinJiang was reunited in Qing Dynasty, in order to be in agreement with conforming to the traditions and distinctive features of social economic development of minority, the Qing Government put into practising protective policy of 'pu'er' money ,which to a certain extent protected the economic development in Southern part of Xingjiang, stabilized economic life there and fully embodied the characteristic policy of governing in accordance with customs of Qing dynasty .
